’’Gary and Brett Marshall were a pleasure to deal with - professional, courteous and equipped with a vast knowledge of the real estate process. As first time homebuyers, Amir and I were justifiably nervous about making the huge investment in a new home (still to be constructed no less!) but we could not have asked for more skilled and knowledgeable advisors to guide us through the selection and purchasing process.

Gary and Brett helped us select the lot and the associated layout, finishes and colours. With Gary and Brett's guidance, we were confident that what we were expecting to get from the sales contract was indeed what we did get as an end product, despite several different changes to the basement layout, flooring and carpeting. We are truly appreciative to have had them as the team to interact with!

The Contract of Purchase and Sale was a complex document - but Gary and Brett clearly explained each clause and its meaning in plain language. We also especially liked the fact that the sale transaction was setup so that the HST rebate was applied to the purchase price right away and the builder would chase the actual rebate from the government, saving us the hassle of claiming it for ourselves. They were also always prompt and courteous with our post-purchase questions on everything from completion dates to moving advice! Though it is still only early days on this journey, we always felt like we were in good hands with Gary and Brett.”
